Free trials are built to be forgotten.

You signed up for seven days of a fitness app on a Saturday. Then two weeks of cloud storage to move some photos, and a month of a streaming service for one show. Each one asked for a card, and each one said you could cancel any time.

Any time turns out to mean before a date nobody wrote down. The first reminder is the charge on your statement.

One row a trial, and the decide-by day worked out for you.

Type each trial on Trials as you start it: the service, the day it started, how many days it runs and what it costs once it converts. The file works out when it converts and the day before, which is the last day cancelling costs nothing. The Dashboard opens on the next trial to convert and what every trial still running will cost if you let them all go.

You type the trial length yourself, from the sign-up email or the app store. It takes a minute, and it is the one thing the file cannot know.

Trials. Room for forty trials: service, start date, length in days, price after and where to cancel, with the conversion date, the decide-by date and the days left worked out beside each.
The Dashboard. The next trial to convert and its price, how many trials are running, how many convert inside a week and what it all costs if nothing is cancelled.
Red and gold. A decide-by date turns red on the day it arrives. The days count turns gold inside a week.
Where to cancel. Website, app store, phone or email, on the same row as the date, so the next step is right there.

Does it send reminders?

No. It shows what converts next whenever you open it, with the soonest trial at the top of the Dashboard.

Does it cancel anything for me?

No. It tells you when and where. The cancelling is still yours.

Why is the decide-by date the day before?

Because many trials charge at the start of the day they convert. Check the service’s own terms if you want to cut it closer.

How is this different from Renewal Radar?

Can I use it on my phone?
