The problem
A domain lapses quietly, and the site goes down loudly.
The notice went to an address you set up in 2019 and stopped reading. The card on file expired last spring. The certificate you bought once, by hand, for one year, is not on anybody’s calendar.
None of it costs much. All of it takes the site down, and you find out from a customer.
What's inside
One list of everything that runs out.
Type each thing you pay for once: what it is, who you pay, when it expires, whether it renews on its own, and what it costs a year. The file counts down to each date, totals what the whole lot costs, and marks the ones nobody will renew for you.
It reads nothing and reaches nowhere. The dates come from you, off the receipts and the account pages.
Renewals. One row for each domain, hosting plan, certificate, mail account or backup, with the provider, the expiry date, the yearly cost and a countdown worked out beside it.
The Dashboard. The next thing to expire and how many days away it is, what the whole lot costs a year, how many are not on auto renew, and how many run out inside sixty days.
Auto renew, ticked or not. The ones left unticked are the ones somebody has to pay by hand.
Red and gold. An expiry date already past turns red. One inside sixty days turns gold.
Set up. Your own renewal types and providers, behind the dropdowns on Renewals.
Sample renewals. Ten made-up ones already in place, so the countdowns make sense before you type your own.
What it looks like
Three tabs you'll actually use.
After you buy
What happens after you buy.
1
We email you a link.
It goes to the address you paid with.
2
You make a copy.
It saves to your own Google Drive™ and stays private unless you share it.
3
You start using it.
It comes with sample entries already in it, so you can see how it works before you type in your own.
No surprises
The fine print, all of it.
You pay once, and the copy stays yours for good.
It opens in Google Sheets™ on a computer, or in the Sheets app on your phone.
You need a Google account. A free one works.

Questions
Before you buy.
Does it check my domains for me?
No. You type the expiry date once, off the account page or the receipt, and the file counts down from there. Nothing here logs in anywhere.
What do I put in it?
Anything with a date on it that keeps a site up: domains, hosting, SSL certificates, mail, privacy, backups, a short link domain you forgot you owned.
Everything I have is on auto renew. Is it still worth it?
Auto renew pays on the card you had when you set it up. The yearly total is worth knowing either way.
S
Nothing expires while you are looking at it.
No app to learn. No new account. No monthly anything.
