Emma tested in May. Lily’s evaluation was in the fall, or was that the year before? Noah moved to a co-op testing day, and his letter is in a different binder from his sister’s.
If your state wants each one on a schedule, keeping three children on three schedules is where it slips.
Log each test or evaluation on the Records tab as it happens: the date, the child, the type, who gave it, the result as reported and where the report is filed. Say how many months apart your state wants that type. The file takes the newest record for each child and type, works out when the next one is due and counts the days.
It holds no state rules, so the schedule is the one you set from your own state’s requirements. And it stores no reports, only where each one is kept.

It goes to the address you paid with.
It saves to your own Google Drive™ and stays private unless you share it.
It comes with sample entries already in it, so you can see how it works before you type in your own.
Does it know my state’s requirements?
No. Nothing is built in. You set how many months apart each type falls, from your own state’s rules, and the file counts from there.
Does it store the reports?
No. It records the result as the report states it and where the report is filed. The report stays in your binder or your Drive.
What if my children are on different schedules?
Each record carries its own number of months, so one child tested every year and another every two years both count down correctly.
No app to learn. No new account. No monthly anything.
