The problem
Nothing tells you a filing is due except the person who chased it last year.
Eighteen of them, on their own cycles. Monthly, quarterly, once a year, one every three. Six different people owe them, and the only record of when each one last went in is the email that sent it.
So a deadline passes, and the first anybody hears is the reminder from the office that wanted it.
What's inside
Last submitted, plus the cycle, gives the next due date.
Type each report once: who owns it, how many months apart it comes and the date it last went in. The file works out when it is due again, counts the days, marks anything inside thirty days and shows how many you have already filed this year.
It files nothing and sends nothing. You enter the date it went in, and the next one moves along on its own.
Filings. One row for each report, with the owner, how many months apart it comes and the date it last went in.
Next due, worked out. Last submitted plus the cycle, with the days counted from today, so nothing has to be remembered.
The Dashboard. The next filing due and who owns it, how many reports you track across how many owners, how many fall inside thirty days and how many have gone in this year.
The chart. How many filings come due in each of the next twelve months, so a heavy month is visible in August.
Red and gold. A due date already passed turns red. One inside thirty days turns gold.
Set up. Your own reports and owners, behind the dropdowns on Filings.
Sample filings. Eighteen made-up ones across six owners, so the calendar makes sense before you type your own.

Questions
Before you buy.
Does it submit anything?
No. It counts down to the dates you enter. The filing still goes in wherever it always went in.
How does it know the next date?
From the last one. Put in the date it went in and how many months apart it comes, and the next due date follows. Update the date each time you file and the calendar keeps moving.
Can more than one person own a report?
One owner per row, so there is somebody to ask. Add a second row if two offices genuinely file separately.
